How to get to Campus Drie Eiken, University of Antwerp
Campus Drie Eiken is located in Wilrijk, just south of the city center of Antwerp. Below is an overview of how to reach the campus using different modes of transportation:
By Bike
From Antwerp City Center: The ride is about 8 km (roughly 25 minutes by bike). Follow the cycling paths along the main roads towards Wilrijk and University Hospital Antwerp (UZA).
Bike Parking: There are bike racks available on campus. You can safely park your bike near most faculty buildings.
If you do not own a bike, you can use the city’s Velo Antwerpen bike-sharing system, with multiple docking stations throughout the city and near the campus.
Public transport
By Train
Take the train to Antwerp’s central railway station (Antwerpen-Centraal). Train schedules and routes can be checked on the NMBS (Belgian National Railway Company) website. From the station, you can take a bus or tram to Campus Drie Eiken.
By Bus or Tram
Bus Line 17: This line runs from the Antwerp city center to UZA, which is next to Campus Drie Eiken. The bus stops directly at the campus.
Bus Line 22: This line connects to UZA, close to campus Drie Eiken. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the campus buildings.
Tram Line 2 (direction Hoboken): This line runs to Hoboken. Transfer at the Hoboken P+R stop to bus line 17 towards UZA.
Tram Line 15(direction Boechout): Take tram 15 to the Groenenhoek stop and transfer to bus line 17 towards UZA.

From Antwerp: Campus Drie eiken is accessible via the A12 or E19 highway. On the E19 take Exit 5a toward Wilrijk and UZA. Follow signs for Universiteit Antwerpen and UZA. The campus is located near the UZA.
From Brussels: Take the E19 highway and drive north in the direction of Antwerp. As you approach Antwerp, take Exit 5a on the E19 toward Wilrijk and UZA. This exit is well-marked and will guide you towards Wilrijk, where Campus Drie Eiken is located. After exiting, follow the signs for Universiteit Antwerpen and UZA. You will pass several roundabouts; keep following the signs towards UZA and the university campus.
Parking
Free parking is available available at Parking 1 and Parking 2 located near the campus.
